Summer Festival 2010: Information for participants
Our week starts on Monday, 9th August, and registration is from 10.30am (lunch at 1.00pm). Please go first to Esperanto House to register with Viv. She will give you information about keys and codes.
The first introductory session is after lunch at 2.30pm and a programme will be available on arrival. The week consists of various classes, discussions, lectures etc interspersed with free time for working or exploring. Several courses will run, catering for more advanced and less advanced, but it is possible to swap between them at any time. The week finishes on Friday the 13th after lunch (1.00pm) so plan to leave early afternoon, around 2.00pm or 3.00pm. Some people tend to leave later, some earlier, depending on transport arrangements.
- All towels and bedding provided.
- Three meals a day plus tea and coffee breaks; special diets catered for on request.
- Ample off-road parking in front of both houses.

From the North: Leave the M6 at J15, head south on the A34, at the village of Tittensor turn left (Barlaston is signposted), this road brings you straight into Barlaston. Follow the road over the railway crossing and the main reception at 'The Limes' is at the top of the hill.
From the South: Leave the M6 at J14, head North on the A34, just after passing through STONE look for a signpost for Barlaston, turn right into Meaford Road, this road brings you to the centre of the village, at the crossroads turn right, follow the road over the level crossing and you will find 'The Limes' at the top of the hill.

From the East: Leave the A50 at Blythe Bridge, follow the B5029, turn left onto the A520, at the foot of this bank (Next to the Synnerton Arms Public House) is a mini-roundabout, Barlaston is signposted and this road brings you straight to WMC

Trains, plane, buses and boats to Stoke-on-Trent and Barlaston.
